Plastic uncapping roller with wooden handle, easy hand held tool to use.
Used to take cappings off a frame.

Roll the uncapping tool across your frame.
Apply a little bit of pressure to ensure you get majority of the cappings off.
Roll across the frame until it is fully uncapped.
repeat on the other side of the frame.
